Booking terms
Sky Villa is rented as a private villa for the dates confirmed with Peris. A WhatsApp enquiry is not a confirmed reservation until availability, price, payment schedule, guest count, and cancellation terms have been agreed in writing.
The displayed rate is KSh 79,600 per night for the first 10 guests. Guests 11–16 add KSh 7,500 per person per night. Private chef service, transfers, massages, laundry, and other concierge requests are arranged separately unless your written confirmation says otherwise.
Guests are responsible for the accuracy of their dates and party size, and for following the villa’s house, safety, and neighbourhood guidelines. Peris will provide the final payment, cancellation, check-in, and service details before confirmation.
